Grant Malfitano

Grant Malfitano was admitted as a solicitor and has since practised exclusively in family law. He has developed a dedicated, highly focussed practice founded on an ethos of providing clients with high quality legal advice and achieving desired outcomes.

Grant has worked in family law in Sydney and the South Coast having worked in Wollongong and the Sutherland Shire, now focussing his practice in both Sydney and Parramatta.

Grant is adept at all facets of family law including complex property, parenting, child support, and spouse maintenance matters, including high-value property disputes and relocation. He is skilled in drafting the complex documentation involved in a family law dispute, and, if a matter must proceed to a court hearing, he is experienced in briefing and liaising with Counsel.

Grant brings a calm, empathetic and confident demeanour to what is undoubtedly a difficult and emotional period in a client’s life, using his extensive family law experience to provide skilled and complex advice while compassionately guiding clients through the family law process.

In addition to law, Grant has completed a Masters Degrees in both English and Film Studies with the University of Sydney and has taught at an undergraduate level. Grant is scheduled to commence his PhD in July 2024.
