Stephanie Boudan

Stephanie is a solicitor within our property team, specialising in residential and commercial transactions, including purchase/sale transactions and leasing.

Stephanie was admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2020. Her academic pursuits led her to complete a graduate course in a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Notre Dame, complemented by a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the Australian Catholic University.

Before joining our firm, Stephanie also gained experience in assisting in the resolution of property disputes, tenancy conflicts, and preparing for hearings at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Stephanie is known for being a hands-on practitioner, dedicated to ensuring that all her clients’ needs are met promptly, and strives to achieve the best possible outcome in every legal matter.

Her expertise encompasses various areas of property and commercial law, including but not limited to:

  • Skilfully preparing and meticulously reviewing residential and commercial contracts for sale;
  • Proficiently drafting commercial and retail lease agreements;
  • Effectively facilitating the sale and purchase of both commercial and residential properties;
  • Offering valuable advice concerning ‘off the plan’ transactions for residential and commercial developments; and
  • Providing advice on transfer duty implications related to property transactions
