Mitchell was admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory in 2022. Mitchell graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Applied Economics and completed his GDLP at the Australian National University.
Mitchell has worked in the property law field for nearly 4 years, where he started at one of Canberra’s busiest firms prior to admission as a solicitor. Since admission, he has specialised in residential and commercial transactions, including purchase/sale transactions and commercial leasing.
His approach to legal advice is straightforward and pragmatic. He aims to give clear, concise advice in a cost-effective manner. He is known for his attention to detail and strives to ensure clients are left satisfied with the work he has provided.
Mitchell’s expertise includes:
- Managing and settling a high volume of off-the-plan sales for both land and apartments.
- Preparing contracts for off-the plan, residential and commercial sales;
- Providing contract reviews for residential and commercial contracts for sale;
- Providing mortgage/guarantor advice;
- Drafting and reviewing commercial and retail leasing agreements; and apartments.
