Michaela is a dedicated solicitor in our Commercial, Automotive, Property and Employment teams, known for her practical approach and ability to deliver clear, commercially focused advice across a broad range of matters.
She assists individual and corporate clients with all facets of commercial law, including business sales, acquisitions, leasing, and general advisory work. Michaela has particular expertise in pharmacy, general commercial, and automotive matters, and works closely with clients to ensure outcomes are compliant, strategic, and tailored to their commercial objectives.
Michaela also plays a key role in our automotive team, assisting with matters involving Australian Consumer Law, privacy, and franchise agreements. In addition, she supports the firm’s employment law partner, providing advice on a range of employment matters, and has experience assisting with litigation in various courts and tribunals.
