Luke Cai 

Luke is an associate in the commercial team specialising in the automotive sector and has experience in providing strategic advice to both OEM manufacturers and dealers in across a variety of legal matters including commercial contracts and dispute resolution, privacy and data protection, and advising on advertising campaigns.

Luke is extremely passionate about this area of law and faces each matter head on with a strong results-driven approach to ensure his client’s needs are attended to promptly and professionally.

During the course of his practice, Luke has also gained extensive experience in the areas of litigation, commercial law, insolvency and bankruptcy law and property law.

The depth of Luke’s knowledge and experience allows him to provide big-picture advice to his clients quickly and efficiently, and has a strong willingness to resolve issues as soon as they arise. Being fluent in Chinese Mandarin has also enabled him to assist clients from a non-English speaking background in navigating their way through the legal system.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law from Macquarie University.
