Ayla Hutchison

Ayla is a seasoned Solicitor specialising in property transactions and employment law within LSW’s property and commercial teams.

Originally from New Zealand, she obtained admission as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2021, where she primarily acted on sophisticated property transactions, estate planning, and trust-related matters, often for high-net-worth individuals. Ayla holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington.

In 2023, Ayla re-located to Australia and was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Her expertise encompasses reviewing residential contracts for sale, providing swift and accurate legal advice on the implications of such contracts, including “off the plan” transactions, and efficiently facilitating the conveyance process.

Ayla is also a trusted advisor for both employers and employees. She is proficient at researching and advising on all employment law changes, and has a genuine passion for equipping clients with the tools required to swiftly resolve a breadth of employment law issues.
