We are currently seeking a full-time permanent Personal Assistant to support a team of solicitors. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced legal environment, assisting our team of lawyers specialising in superannuation and trust funds.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Calendar management
Coordinate the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing
Maintain an organised filing system for legal documents
Serve as a key point of contact between clients and legal practitioners
Assist in drafting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
Provide any other support as needed

About you

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal case management software
Excellent attention to detail is a must
Previous experience as a legal PA is preferred but not essential
